What Is Chair Yoga? Chair Yoga is a beautifully inclusive style of yoga where a chair is used to support your movement, balance, and alignment. In my classes, we explore: - Gentle stretching and mobility - Light strengthening - Mindful breathing - Relaxation and grounding practices Everything is done either seated or with the support of the chair for standing poses, making it perfect for beginners, seniors, people with physical limitations — or anyone who wants a more supported practice.
